Perfect location to be one with nature 🌿.

Everything was perfect, attentive staff, absolutely stunning views of the lake. The room was beautifully maintained and silent, featured a mini bar, an individual safe, and flat-screen television. The location of this hotel very close to the pine trees forest and which is quite far from city center and many areas was peaceful.

Large rooms with balconies and beautiful lake views. Grounds are peaceful for a relaxing stroll. Staff is helpful and friendly. Onsite restaurant serves good, basic food. Fitness race event led to a free upgrade to a sister resort.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The hotel facilities were larger and grander than we had anticipated. Our room was spacious and had a large balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding lake. The cleanliness of the resort was perfect, with well-maintained gardens and no trash lingering around. The location, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by a serene pine forest, provided a peaceful and quiet escape away from the city center. The staff were young but keen and helpful, and they tried their best to communicate in English, greatly appreciated. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was delicious, and the staff were courteous and attentive. it was a wonderful experience.

English of the staff is poor and can lead to communication issues, making it difficult to understand how to navigate the hotel's policies and procedures.
